Bastille Day

I had a great day yesterday.
I went to my SIL house to go through some of her Mom's things she no longer wanted to see if I could give an idea on the value.

Then we went to lunch at my favorite little spot.
and I had not been there since they expanded!
When we walked in they were making crepes to give away.
My favorite is a cheese crepe I love to get around Montmarte.
But today I got a nutella one and it was yummy.

If you wondered what I had, I had the Quiche Lorraine.
But on the way out look at the view!
croissant filled with a variety of things
look at the gorgeous colors of the macaroons!
everything looks glorious!
we wandered around like zombies trying to decide.

I could not resist the Eiffel tower cookie for Mr and I
huge ham and Swiss croissants for breakfast
and
chocolate filled croissants!

Since we can not be there in person I brought a little bit of Paris home

Happy Bastille Day!

Next post I will show you my SIL's treasurer and maybe some of you can help me identify them?

Oh, you find the best places. Evil places. LOL
I don't even want to know where this place is. I had a hard time at the Paris Kroger's bakery this morning, there's no way I could handle all that. I was very good and only walked away with half a pound of honey turkey, shaved. We only bought fresh produce, toilet paper and dog food. You would have been so proud of us. ;)
