Seems years ago they had plates to display all different kinds of foods
How many of you have deviled egg plates?
Are they Easter themed or something like this?
This is my Grandma's
Love the rooster crowing
It is picnic time and I used it on
Memorial Day for our deviled eggs
I am not sure how old it is?
Probably from the 1950's
I am sure Grandma used it alot
She made sure she never left it behind and an Eastern Star or
Book Lovers meeting.
Her name is on so many pieces on some permanent
masking tape.
I am always so careful not to wash it off.
Love using Grandma's things.
Wish I had some to eat right now!
Have a great day.

Hello Anne,
This is a wonderful plate. What a treasure that it was your grandmother's...I love that her name is on the back. I think it's great that you can use it at your picnics and family gatherings. I don't have an egg plate, but you've given me an idea of what I can show for next week...something of my grandmother's, too.
Blessings for the day,
Marianne
What a special remembrance of her! Love the plate. There are a lot of egg plate collectors...you are in good company if you start collecting them.
Cheers!

Oh what a lovely piece. Love the rooster. I have one that is just clear glass, can't remember where it came from. Hugs, Marty
Love this Ann. What a cute egg dish! My mother always put her name on dishes she took to church functions just like this!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Love your plate! Have a couple myself, actually, my hubby buys them. Pam :-)
I love deviled eggs, but never saw a plate this pretty. My mother had one and I have seen several, but none like yours. Very nice.
I love It! I hae a deviled egg plate too, though it's not nearly as nice as yours - another true treasure :o)

I have one deviled egg plate that will not be used as I have no patience for making deviled eggs....
I love deviled eggs! Haven't had any for a long time....
Hi Ann,
I do have a egg plate from my Old Country Rose collection! I have yet to photograph it as the time has never been right! It's a beauty, just like your is! I love having special table items to use!
Very nice...

What a cute egg plate. I picked up a couple of cheapies after Easter to use for summer serving on the patio. xo Diana
My egg plate is one my daughter made in a ceramics class. I love it!
My sister has a tupperware container that has those egg cup parts...it's for picnics.I must say I love your plate more. Smiles, Susie
I love deviled eggs and your plate. I have several egg plates myself, but my favorite is the Polish potter one I brought back from Poland.
They look delicious, and the plate is wonderful. I don't have one, though I've seen several recently and contemplated whether I "needed" one or not. I decided not. My husband was the cook, and I loved his deviled eggs, but I really don't make them, so no need for a plate.
