Looking around the porch

I am on vacation, but because of the dreary, rainy, cold weather I am have not gotten much done today.

A couple of weeks ago, I did finish getting somethings out on the porch when we had some nice weather.

Didn't the birds build a beautiful nest? It was on top of a McCoy pot I had there! It had one blue robins egg and now it is gone...the squirrel I think got it! Darn squirrel, we are at war since he broke one of my flower pots you may of read in my last post.

My shelves with vintage planters

And now to show you my favorite idea that I did soon after I moved in 16 years ago when I found this trellis

Love my chippy green, sturdy, tall trellis. And there is my Green chair I got in my hometown of Greenup!

small vintage watering cans

Hopefully the weather will bring the sun tomorrow. Mr. Sentimental brought my geraniums and ferns home from wintering at his business so they need some TLC before they go on the porch.
Today is also our wedding anniversary...nothing special, just a couple of steaks on the grill.

Joining Mary at a Stroll Thru Life for Table Top Tuesday

Well....I did have one table top here!

I LOVE your aqua trellis!! You have such cute planters! I would be afraid to put them out on the porch here, because we have such strong winds.

Hi Ann,
The antique store is in northeastern MO, Bethany is the town. Kind of far from you but if you ever get up that way it's worth the stop. it's the only antique shop in town, that I know of, but I don't even know the name!!!
Your porch looks so nice...makes me want to get going and do something pretty on mine!
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog...
