Valentine Hoosier Cabinet

Haven't done too much decorating, just use my good ole Postcards and vintage Valentines.
I have found if you just add a vintage card here and there it perks things up.

also time to use some of my

cute cards with food themes. Makes me think of Mr when he gets his
waffle iron heated up on Sundays!

there I am with Pounce! ha

this weekend I ran up to 1515 for the first time in 2 months, since my Surgery.
I found a few more with food/drink themes. I need to get them out!

my most precious Valentine

why?

a note from my Grandmother
So it is Civil War Era Valentine since James was born in 1853

Hope this January day finds you well

Ann, Good to know you able to be out and about. I loved the old fashioned Valentines. The really old one is a great treasure indeed. Blessings to you, stay safe. xoxo, Susie

Wonderful vintage valentines and the cabinet with the green dishes are such treasures. Thanks for sharing. Makes me more than ready for February. January has been a series of allergy events with cedar pollen wreaking havoc with the warm windy days. We need a Deep Freeze here in Texas. Enjoyed this post.

Love the valentines. They bring back sweet memories of our own school Valentine's Day parties at school. Signing the Valentines and searching for the one that said, "I love you." Great memories, Ann.

Your Valentines are adorable, and I feel the same, display them & postcards and you are decorated. How amazing that you have the civil war era Valentine with your grandmothers note. Such amazing keepers of history in your family. :)
