Kitchen Table Tops

When I was back at 1515 a few weeks ago, I was able to redo the table tops in the kitchen.
I originally wanted a Hoosier type cabinet in here, but now am happy with my cabinets that line the one wall.
The one on the left Mr. surprised me with and we painted it and added a new door handle, the next one is the radio cabinet I found to hold cookbooks and lastly my Grandma's enamel top table that had been hiding out in my basement.
Love the enamel top tables with the black trim and they both are in excellent shape.

Love how this table top turned out. My primary color Pyrex refrigerator dishes ready for use.

So happy with the red and white towel I found on a recent outing and the scoop with the red tip handle.

What says vintage kitchen more than a set of primary color Pyrex bowls, and some milk glass chickens. The other Pyrex is Friendship.
Would you like a straw with that coca cola?
The runner is a towel that I found for $2.99 and just happens to have all the primary colors in it!

Red White Yellow

Found a new little chick to add to the bunch with my rooster

And...the vintage table cloth cousins Maddie and Bryan left for me last year while visiting just makes it all come together.

I just love looking at this place. It reminds me of stepping back in time to my Auntie's house. What fun. I just picked up one of those big yellow pyrex bowls. I remember my mother having a set of them but could not remember the colors of the other bowls. Love all that you have done here, Ann! Blessings- Diana

You are right. Nothing says vintage more than a set of the pyrex mixing bowls.

Oh Ann, I could spend all day in your kitchen! It's got all of the things that I love so much, and you put it all together so beautifully. When we moved into our house, there was one of those little enamel top cabinets down there. I SO wish there was room in our kitchen for it!
Happy REDnesday,
Carol
