Green and White Table Top Tuesday

Now that my Annabelle hydrangea has turned the perfect color green, I love to cut them, bring them in, let them dry and use them to decorate my house.....especially since green is prominent in my living room.


Beautiful green Annabelle hydrangea's with green and white vintage ironstone make a great paring.

Check out this wickless candle. I bought when I was at my hometown little shop Grandma's Place. It is sage scented and it smells wonderful and no burning required. They came in different shapes and colors, but I love pineapple finials.

Ironstone compote I picked up for $10, I think it matches the pitcher fairly well.

I just love the bright green color. I cut some other blooms and the heads are huge. So let me go make a arrangement for the dining room table.

    Hi Ann! Oh, your green hydrangeas are gorgeous! I love them and love that you can dry them and use them again! I have one little bush (in a pot) and it's been so hot this summer I have one little 3" pink bloom!

    my hydraneas have not done well due to the excess heat. I have kept them watered but only 2 blooms on 5 of my bushes?

    I adore green and white, especially when grounded with black;however the vignette you created is gorgeous! I adore how the compote compliments the pitcher. The print on the wall behind is beautiful! Thank you for sharing!

    I think my large Hydrangeas must be Annabelles. Do they turn white then green? Mine are green now too.

    Hi Ann, I just love how you have simply placed the hyds in the white bowl. So simple, but lovely. Have never seen candles like that! I'll have to start looking! Cool!

    Oh I absolutely love the green hydrangeas, they are just stunning. That color is all over my house and I love it. I have to buy the faux, the real won't grow here in the desert.     I'm in love with your hydrangeas...but the leaf on the one is incredible. The bush must be huge. I am tearing out some overgrown boxwood and planting Annabelles in their place. Can't wait to see how they do. Lovely post.
