Life has been a challenge

Sorry I have not been around to visit you all.
While I was on vacation......

my dear cousin passed away on Saturday

my sweet Heidi girl had a seizure the day after I left Tuesday and had to be put asleep
my heart is broken.....

Shadow, my husbands shop dog ran away on Friday

So I have not forgotten you all, I just do not feel I have anything I want to post right now.
My  birthday was good, my cousins still came even though they had just lost their dear brother. It was good we were all together.

It was so hard to come home last night, but Mr. made me lasagna, bought me my favorite Krispy Kreme pumpkin doughnuts, cleaned all the carpets and put all of Heidi's things away so I would not get upset.

I go back to work tomorrow so I guess I need to just tell myself
"snap out of it Ann!"

till later.............

Ann I'm so sorry for the loss of your cousin. And so sorry for the loss of your girl Heidi. I still get upset at times when I think about my girls that are not here anymore. That was so nice of your Mr. to have your dinner prepared and your favorite dessert!

Sorry for all your recent losses, Ann. Not much of a fun vacation for you. I am glad that your family was with you, tho and Bob was there for you when you came home :)

Oh my goodness Ann, please accept my sincere condolences for your losses. I know it's awful to loose a family member, but I also understand that Heidi was a family member too, and the loss felt is just as hard. I hope Shaddow is found and returned safely.
My thoughts are with you and your family at such a difficult time.

Oh my gosh I can't believe this all happened at once. I'm so sorry. In my opinion you have every right to be sad if you feel like it. Don't worry about snapping out of it. You will when you are ready. So sorry about the dogs. I just can't imagine.

Ann, you don't have to SNAP OUT OF IT, at all.
Everyone said it would be good for me to go to Asheville, it would do me good. Well yes it did, but it doesn't make the hurt go away. I came home to sympathy cards for my mom and it just opened up the wound all over again. I'm not " trying to snap out of it", I'm trying to ease my way into another place slowly.
You have to do the same.
Loosing a cousin, and a fur baby and not knowing where your hubby's dog is is a lot to keep your mind occupied with negative thoughts, but that's what's going on in your life right now and I totally understand.
I'm so so sorry Ann. I'm not even ready to post yet, just chilling with my family and watching the rain and leaves leave me for yet another season.
Take care Ann
