Vintage Seed Display

Last year I purchased a Mandeville Seed display rack.
It took me awhile to get it home from 1515.

I have shown it before, but you all so
kindly asked to see it when I had it in the Cottage.

I have it in the corner, where I had previously had a bookcase.
It has an area to display on top, I chose to put one of my vintage gardening books there, and a old
"hotcap" that was suppose to be used like a hot house for a plant.

Luckily over the years I have collected vintage seed packets,
some with the seeds still in them!

A wee little bit of Fall

So I chose Fall colors.

Have a great Thursday!

Ann

  1. What a wonderful display rack! I love it - and I love your old seed packets. I never see seed packets around here. I'll have to look harder or dig deeper! Thanks for sharing your lovely space. And for visiting Cottage and Creek. Have a nice rest of the week.

  9. You know a display like that could have gone to seed pretty quick at my house ;) (people would start stashing mail in it and hanging sweaters and who knows what) It's so darn cute!
